LaMarcus Aldridge leaves game with back contusion, X-rays come back negative
The Portland Trail Blazers lost forward LaMarcus Aldridge to an injury after he fell on his back during a lay-up attempt in the third quarter of Wednesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.

Aldridge had 14 points on 6-for-11 shooting before leaving the contest, and following the game, the Trail Blazers received a positive update regarding his injury.
