GIF: Referee Eric Lewis cares not for Benny the Bull's dance moves

You may remember that Eric Lewis was the referee who was taken out by Chicago Bulls point guard D.J. Augustin earlier this season.
Lewis officiated another Bulls game on Thursday night, and although he wasn't steamrolled by Augustin, it looks like Benny the Bull's dance moves caused him just as much pain.
