Pistons C Drummond leaves game vs. Pacers after suffering blow to head

Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond left Saturday's game against the Indiana Pacers in the first quarter after he was accidentally hit in the head by Roy Hibbert while underneath the basket.

Drummond had four points and three rebounds in five minutes of action before heading to the locker room.
