Lakers' Nick Young: 'The way I carry myself they know I ain't no gangsta'

Nick Young is glad he doesn't have to deal with the kind of gang-related speculation surrounding his friend, NFL wide receiver DeSean Jackson.

According to Young, gangs just weren't his style growing up:

Young - or "Swaggy P" - has developed a reputation for his vibrant personality on and off the court. His premature 3-point celebration earlier in the week was a quintessential Swaggy P moment.

Perhaps it was Young's upbeat, goofy nature that made him the target of a recent burglary, since robbers would probably think twice about invade the home of someone like Jermaine O'Neal, for example.
