Nets' Garnett: 'Big shoutout to the Toronto Raptors and their fans and their city'
The Toronto Raptors fell to the Brooklyn Nets, 104-103, in a heartbreaking Game 7 on Sunday.
In his post-game presser, veteran big Kevin Garnett was eager to talk about the Raptors and the city of Toronto before answering questions about his own team's victory.
Garnett, who is making a playoff appearance for the 14th season, said the city was "one of the best places and best atmospheres" he's played in in a long time.

Ultimately Kyle Lowry's difference-making shot for the Raptors was blocked by Brooklyn's Paul Pierce in the final seconds of the game. Lowry fell to the floor and covered his face with his hands.
According to James Herbert of ESPN, Pierce found Lowry after the game to offer a few words: "You're an animal, dog."
