The Raptors came oh-so-close to landing one of their two targets. They held the 20th overall pick, but to their chagrin, Tyler Ennis and Gary Harris were taken 18th and 19th overall by the Suns and Nuggets.
So, instead, the Raptors selected wholly unheralded Brazilian forward Bruno Caboclo. Who? Exactly.
