The Washington Wizards have declined to make forward Trevor Booker a qualifying offer. As a result, the back-up big is now an unrestricted free agent.
The offer would have cost the Wizards $4.7 million, had Booker accepted.
Last season, Booker averaged 6.8 points and 5.3 rebounds in 72 games played.
