Report: Heat pursuing Carter, Marion among others

Pat Riley's plan for keeping his core of LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade intact may be starting to come into focus:

Carter and Marion have both been linked to several teams, while Blake would provide the Heat with some much-needed point guard help should they fail to lure Kyle Lowry away from Toronto. 

The Mavericks are said to be interested in retaining both of their veteran forwards, but may be willing to part with either or both if they choose to pursue free agents Carmelo Anthony or Chandler Parsons.
