LeBron James remains the biggest fish in the NBA free agency pond, and he appears to be more interested in building his body than signing his next contract right now. 

James posted a peak at his off-season workout program on his instagram account Saturday morning, giving a bit of insight into how the league's most superhuman athlete gets into form. 

Carrying a truck tire a few feet is nothing compared to carrying the entire NBA free agency market on his back for weeks at a time.
