The Cleveland Cavaliers would love to acquire Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love, but they're not going to part with their 2014 No. 1 overall pick to do so.
Andrew Wiggins will play in summer league tonight for Cavs. They have no plans to include him in trade talks for Kevin Love, sources said.

Although Love's talents are immense, Wiggins is younger, cheaper, and locked into a contract for longer.
If the Timberwolves scale back their demand, and opt for another trade package instead, the Cavaliers still remain an intriguing partner. They boast a number of young assets in Dion Waiters, Tristan Thompson and Anthony Bennett. They also have a bounty of draft picks to deal as well.
