Report: Hinrich's new deal with the Bulls a 2-year, $5.6M pact

Kirk Hinrich is the Bullsiest Bull (see post below), and so it's not surprising that at age 33 he's reportedly taken a pay cut to stay in Chicago.

Hinrich, who earned $4.06 million last season, has signed to a two-year, $5.6 million contract, according to David Aldridge of NBA.com. Hinrich is said to have left money on the table with this deal, as other teams who had larger exceptions or cap space were reported to be interested.

Hinrich's fit into the room exception is an interesting contrast to D.J. Augustin, who played very well for the Bulls last season and just signed a two-year, $6 million in Detroit.
