Allen appeared in 73 games for Miami last season but statistically had one of the least productive seasons of his career. The 10-time All-Star averaged a career-low 9.6 points to go with 2.8 rebounds and two assists in 26.5 minutes per game while shooting 37.5 percent from the beyond the arc - a spot where he's a 40 percent shooter for his career.
Previous reports stated that Allen is leaning towards returning next season, with the Cleveland Cavaliers said to be interested in reuniting him with LeBron James.
