Dwyane Wade dropping pounds for heavier role with Heat: 'I need it'

Now that LeBron James left behind the Miami Heat, the team is moving forward with Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade. The two signed contracts to continue on with the team in July, and Wade is looking forward to a new role.
He's dieting in order to be ready for an increased role with the team. And don't worry, your doubt is what fuels him: "I need it," he said, when asked about all the criticism.

Wade is hoping the transition will suit him well, and in turn the organization will take care of him when his deal is up in 2016.
