NBA TV to unveil 2014-15 NBA schedule in 1-hour special Wednesday at 6 p.m.
The long wait for the NBA's 2014-15 schedule will come to a close on Wednesday, when the league will reveal it's full slate on an NBA TV special.

It is unclear whether the full team-specific schedules will be released simultaneously online for those only interested in their own team's draw. You can read more about some of the more heavily-rumored showdown dates in the post below.
Also of note for the NBA's upcoming season, from a broadcasting perspective at least, is a rumor that Bill Simmons will no longer be a member of NBA Countdown, focusing his energy instead on a "themed prime-time NBA show for ESPN." That show reportedly wouldn't be weekly, but would be a more occasional, multi-platform offering.
That could be an interesting wrinkle for the coming season. Really, though, it's the games worth getting excited for, and we'll know exactly when to try and have our excitement peak as of Wednesday.
