Chris Douglas-Roberts has asked Clippers for shorter shorts, 'like Stockton'

While we've heard NBA players joke about bringing back short shorts in the past, new Los Angeles Clippers forward Chris Douglas-Roberts apparently isn't kidding around.
On Monday, he tweeted that he asked the Clippers for a size medium, which would represent a John Stockton-ish look for the 27-year-old:
Already the owner of a pretty entertaining haircut, the highly likable Douglas-Roberts would be making a major change in attire by going with the short shorts - not only did he wear regular-length shorts last season, he was also often seen in compression sleeves extending from the shorts to below the knees. That's a lot of previously unseen thigh for basketball fans.
