After a solid showing at the FIBA World Cup, Australian swingman Joe Ingles has landed a one-year deal with the Clippers, according to ESPN.
The 76ers, coached by former Australia coach Brett Brown, were also pursuing Ingles, according to the report, while the Grizzlies made a push to sign him last summer, but were deterred by luxury tax concerns this time around.
The 26-year-old played his club basketball at Maccabi Tel Aviv last season after four years in Spain with Barcelona and CB Granada and three years with Australia's South Dragons.
Ingles averaged 11.4 points, 3.4 assists and 3.2 rebounds in five games for Australia at the World Cup.
