In the leadup to the 1996-97 season, SLAM magazine featured an iconic cover with 1996 draftees like Kobe Bryant, Ray Allen, Steve Nash, Jermaine O'Neal, Marcus Camby and Stephon Marbury, among others.
Eighteen years later, SLAM recreated the "Ready or not ... here they come!" cover with 12 of the Top-14 picks from the hyped 2014 draft class.

Included are Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker, Joel Embiid, Marcus Smart, Julius Randle, Aaron Gordon, Noah Vonleh, Nik Stauskas, Elfrid Payton, Doug McDermott, Zach LaVine and T.J. Warren.
The SLAM cover will do nothing to quell the excitement over the most anticipated rookie class in more than a decade.
