Joakim Noah wants to do yoga with Tom Thibodeau: 'He could use that'
Tom Thibodeau seems a little too stressed out sometimes. It's part of the territory as an NBA head coach, but that doesn't mean his players can't be concerned for their bench boss from time to time.
Eccentric center Joakim Noah, for example, has an idea for how he can help Thibodeau manage his stress.
"He looks like that whether he's happy or sad," Noah told The Daily Beast of Thibodeau's consistently angry demeanor. "But I'd have him do yoga with me. He could use that."
But it's not a one-way street of player easing coach's tensions. Noah admitted that while Thibodeau gets angry often, he also calms Noah down and knows when to let the reigning Defensive Player of the Year vent his frustrations.
So, best friends, right? The Daily Beast asked if there's a roommate sitcom in the future, but Noah balked.
"I don't know if I could watch that," he said.
Forget what Noah says, we'd watch that in a heartbeat.
