Iverson on coaching: 'We would never practice'

Allen Iverson was one of the game's most decorated players during his heyday.
The 2001 MVP, who powered the Philadelphia 76ers to the NBA Finals that same season, was an 11-time All-Star and led the league in scoring four times. He made the most of his 6-foot, 165-pound frame, often showing no regard for his own body as he attacked the basket hard against bigger defenders.
What Iverson didn't care too much for was practice. It's why he says he will never coach in the NBA.
Iverson's tongue-and-cheek answer, of course, stems from his famous 2002 rant about practicing.
A product of Georgetown University, Iverson finished his 14-year career in 2010 and ranks seventh in NBA history with an average of 26.7 points per game.
