VIDEO: Kobe Bryant airballs horrible 3-point attempt
Kyle Terada / USA Today Sports
Kobe Bryant may lead the league in scoring right now, but he also entered Friday's game against the Dallas Mavericks shooting 38.6 percent on his 24.2 field goal attempts per game.
That inefficient Mamba chucking was on full display in Dallas, as this horrendous three-point attempt attests.
The catch? There was still about six seconds on the shot clock when Kobe decided to shoot from just inside center court as part of a 6-for-22 performance.
Bryant's Hall of Fame career is obviously worthy of adulation, his ability to return from significant Achilles and knee injuries at 36 years old is commendable, and he's suiting up for the worst team in Lakers history, but his putrid decision-making to start the season is impossible to ignore.
