VIDEO: Nuggets' Afflalo assessed flagrant-2 after clobbering Alec Burks

Denver Nuggets shooting guard Arron Afflalo was assessed a Flagrant Foul-Penalty 2 Monday during the fourth quarter of the Nuggets' contest against the Utah Jazz.

The play unfolded with the Jazz running a 3-on-1 fast break. Shooting guard Alec Burks received the pass on the wing and made a play for the basket, only to be struck across the face by Afflalo. Burks's elevation and speed caused him to violently crash onto the court, though he managed to remain in the game.
