Bulls' Gibson out again vs. Hornets
Kelvin Kuo-USA TODAY Sports
The Bulls will have to continue making due without their top reserve, as forward Taj Gibson has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Charlotte Hornets.
With Derrick Rose, Joakim Noah and Pau Gasol all healthy back in the fold, the Bulls finally have their starting lineup on the floor together, but Gibson remains sidelined.
The Sixth Man of the Year candidate has been out since spraining his left ankle against the Portland Trail Blazers Nov. 21. Wednesday's game will be the sixth straight Gibson has missed.
The 29-year-old is averaging 12.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.1 blocks in 29 minutes per game.
