Between 1997 and 2000, the Toronto Raptors had both Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter in their early twenties - a potential dynasty in the making.
But it was all for naught. Carter ended up sticking around, for a while, but McGrady left in free agency, choosing instead to sign with the Orlando Magic.
As part of the Raptors' 20th anniversary celebrations this season, the team honored McGrady on Friday with a video tribute. The fans at Air Canada Centre responded by giving McGrady a standing ovation.
