Knicks' Bargnani out with calf injury

It's like deja vu, as Andrea Bargnani is back on the New York Knicks' daily inactive list and will miss his fourth straight contest Thursday with a calf injury.
A calf injury, among other ailments, kept the Italian 7-footer out of New York's first 33 games. As a result, he has played only two games this season.
