Spurs' Ginobili leaves game with back spasms
Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports
Manu Ginobili left Friday night's game against the Phoenix Suns with back spasms, and the San Antonio Spurs have announced he will not return.
Ginobili, who's averaging 12.7 points, 5.1 assists and 3.1 rebounds, scored 10 points in four minutes against the Suns.
The Spurs have to be at least a little concerned, as a loss to the Suns would drop them to eighth in the Western Conference standings.
Kawhi Leonard also remains sidelined with a torn hand ligament.
