Clippers' Redick out with back spasms

The Los Angeles Clippers will be without sharpshooter J.J. Redick for Wednesday's contest against the Utah Jazz.
Redick is sidelined with back spasms as the red-hot Clippers look to extend their winning streak to six games.
It marks the first contest Redick, who's shooting a career-high 44.1 percent from long range, will miss this season. He's started all 45 of Los Angeles's previous games, averaging 14.9 points and converting 46.8 percent of his shots from the field.
Redick, who has dealt with back spasms before, will get another day to recover before the Clippers continue their eight-game road trip Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
