Tim Duncan gives characteristically bland answers about All-Star Game
Tim Duncan is not down for all the hoopla surrounding All-Star Weekend.
The surefire Hall of Famer will take part in his 15th All-Star Game on Sunday in New York City. Despite having likely answered every single question possible over his 18 seasons in the league, Duncan was still put through the dog and pony show by a horde of media members.
As one would imagine, Duncan gave some very characteristically bland answers, as relayed by Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News.
On the All-Star Game:
I enjoy the All-Star Game. All the rest of the stuff I can do without.
On his aptitude for reporters:
Yes. I don’t like to - I don’t like this whole situation. I got to do it to get to the game.
On fashion:
I don't do style. I just show up for games.
On flashy moves:
I don't dunk anymore.
On the abundance of media presence in New York:
I can imagine what it would’ve been like (to play in New York). I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed it.
Stay golden, Duncan.
