VIDEO: Westbrook's protective mask does not impede his vicious dunking
The mask Russell Westbrook is wearing in his return from a one-game absence due to a broken face apparently doesn't impede his vision on the break.
Westbrook wasted little time making himself comfortable in his new protective gear on Wednesday, throwing down a vicious two-handed jam in the first quarter against the Philadelphia 76ers. Note the speed. Note the power. Note that this is a full-court sprint off of an indbounds play.
Note the fact that there are five Sixers standing around watching when Westbrook lands.
Since he's moving a little fast, here's a closer look at the Oklahoma City Thunder guard's new grill cover:

The fact that Westbrook is even playing less than a week after suffering a fractured right zygomatic arch is nothing short of inhuman. That he appears to have lost none of his Player of the Month momentum is equally impressive.
