Clippers sign free agent guard Nate Robinson to 10-day deal
LOS ANGELES (AP) The Los Angeles Clippers have signed free agent guard Nate Robinson to a 10-day contract.
He most recently played for Denver, where he averaged 5.8 points, 2.3 assists and 1.2 rebounds in 33 games this season.
Robinson helped the Celtics reach the 2010 NBA finals, and the deal announced Saturday reunites him with Doc Rivers, who coached him in Boston.
The 30-year-old guard has averaged 11.1 points, 3.0 assists and 2.4 rebounds during his 10-year NBA career with New York, Boston, Oklahoma City, Golden State, Chicago and the Nuggets.
