Jazz's Hayward out Monday with shoulder sprain

With a 12-4 record since the All-Star break, the Utah Jazz are one of the hottest (and most surprising) teams in basketball.
Their recent torrid run may be in jeopardy, though, as leading scorer Gordon Hayward is dealing with a Grade 1 sprain in the AC (acromioclavicular) joint of his left shoulder, and won't play Monday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Hayward, who's averaging a career-high 19.6 points per game to go along with 4.9 rebounds and 4.2 assists, has started all but one game for the Jazz this season, having sat out earlier this month due to a mild back strain.
