VIDEO: Nikola Mirotic dunks all over Jason Maxiell

Nikola Mirotic is well on his way to becoming a household name.

The Chicago Bulls' rookie has been a huge addition to the injury-riddled team this season, and been one of the league's best first-year players - especially of late.

Mirotic entered Monday averaging 18.3 points and 7.8 rebounds in his last 15 contests despite only starting one of those games. He's been getting to the line at will - 6.9 attempts over that stretch - and showing a well-diverse offensive game.

In Monday's playoff-clinching win over the Charlotte Hornets, Mirotic added 28 points and eight rebounds. Two of the baskets he scored were of the highlight-reel variety. In addition to a ridiculous off-balance step-back jumper, Mirotic also showed he has some ups:
