Pacers' George won't return Sunday
Paul George will not make it back by the end of the week after all, as the Indiana Pacers have already ruled him out for Sunday's game against the Dallas Mavericks.
While it was reported that George could finally make his return this week from a gruesome broken leg suffered with Team USA last summer, the Pacers' star said Monday that he was unaware of where those rumors emanated from.
Pacers president Larry Bird did say, however, that he expects George back before the end of the season, and his potential return appears to be a game-to-game situation for now.
Rodney Stuckey, meanwhile, who has missed the last three games with a sore calf, is considered questionable for Sunday.
David West is probable to return to the lineup after sitting out Thursday's game in Milwaukee due to an allergic reaction.
