Bulls' Hinrich hurts knee in loss to Bucks
Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports
The Chicago Bulls didn't have a very good night up the shore of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee. They lost 95-91 to the Bucks, and their injury situation got worse when reserve guard Kirk Hinrich left the game with a left knee injury and did not return.
After the game, coach Tom Thibodeau said X-rays on the 34-year-old guard were negative. Hinrich will be re-evaluated on Thursday.
With Derrick Rose fighting his way back from his latest injury, Hinrich is seeing more minutes off the bench behind replacement starter Aaron Brooks. He's averaging 5.9 points and 2.3 assists in 25.3 minutes per game, numbers that represent career lows for the 12th-year veteran.
