VIDEO: Dragic picks up flagrant for hitting West below belt

Is there an epidemic of crotch shots in the NBA? 

Keep in mind, in today's world, epidemics are when three of the same thing happen in a week. 

On the day Shaun Livingston got a one-game suspension for bagging Dirk Nowitzki, Goran Dragic of the Miami Heat followed suit with this move as he went past David West of the Indiana Pacers.

Unlike with Livingston's, it's a little more difficult to assume intent here - although Dragic's arm is straight out. He picked up a flagrant-1. 

West appeared fine and hit his free throws.
