Stephen Curry has made more 3-pointers this season (276) than any player has ever made in a single NBA season.
The Golden State Warriors superstar broke the record for made threes in a season - which he already held - with eight 3-pointers during his 45-point outburst in a win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Thursday.
Curry entered Thursday with 268 made threes on the season, four shy of the record 272 he knocked down during the 2012-13 season.
This was his record-breaking 273rd on the season and fifth of the night:
Coincidentally enough, it was against the Blazers in a game on April 17, 2013 that Curry set his original mark.
Curry now has three of the top-five 3-point shooting seasons (based on made threes) in league history.
