James hinted that he may rest for each of the next two games, Brian Windhorst of ESPN reports.
Analysis:
The Cavaliers clinched the second seed in the Eastern Conference on Wednesday night, so the team's remaining four regular season games are essentially meaningless. As a result, James intimated that he may take a two-game rest to help prepare his body for the playoffs. Both of the Cavs' next two games - Friday and Sunday - are against the Celtics, who are currently tied with the Nets for the seventh seed. If the current standings were to hold up, Cleveland and Boston would meet in the first round.
