Durant on Westbrook's 16th technical 'That's some bulls--t'
Craig Mitchelldyer-USA TODAY Sports
Russell Westbrook's career night - 54 points, nine rebounds, eight assists - wasn't enough to lift the Oklahoma City Thunder over the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, and to make matters worse, the All-Star point guard picked up his 16th technical foul of the season.
That means, unless the league rescinds the tech, Westbrook will be suspended for the team's next game as OKC scraps for the Western Conference's eighth and final playoff spot.
Kevin Durant - helplessly watching the crushing Thunder loss like the rest of us - took exception to the officials' decision.
Westbrook was called for a defensive foul as he got hung up on a screen midway through the fourth quarter, and picked up the tech arguing the call.
