Wizards' Porter leaves game with sprained ankle

Brad Mills / USA Today Sports

The Washington Wizards sat four-fifths of their starting lineup in Wednesday's season finale against the Cleveland Cavaliers, but it came at a cost.

Swingman Otto Porter, who started at small forward, left the game with a sprained left ankle. He did not return.

Porter's status will be updated moving forward, but nobody wants injuries going into the playoffs. Porter averaged six points and three rebounds in 19.3 minutes per game this season.

The Wizards will know by the end of the night if they face the Chicago Bulls or the Toronto Raptors in the first round.
