Argument over Michael Jordan, LeBron James leads to arrests, charges

And here you thought the arguments in your living room about Kobe Bryant's place in history got heated.

They've got nothing on Daniel Mondelice, a 22-year-old State College man who faces charges after being arrested twice on Saturday, stemming from an argument with another man over whether Michael Jordan or LeBron James was a better basketball player.

Mondelice was taken into custody early Saturday morning after a fight was reported at his apartment, and was later arrested a second time Saturday, this time for refusing to leave a subsequent apartment at which he was staying. He's been charged with felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor of making terroristic threats and simple assault for the first incident and felony criminal trespass and misdemeanor harassment for the second, according to Centre Daily Times.

It's unclear whether Mondelice was pro-Jordan or pro-LeBron - State College is in Pennsylvania - or whether his opinion will be swung by a potential second round matchup between James' Cleveland Cavaliers and Jordan's former team, the Chicago Bulls.
