Everything about Damian Lillard was special on Monday night, including his footwear. 

Teammate Robin Lopez hand-customized a pair of D Lilliard 1 shoes for the point guard to rock as he and the Portland Trail Blazers attempted to dismantle the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 4 of their playoff series.

And it worked. A swagged-out Lillard racked up 32 points to help keep the Blazers alive in their first-round series.
