Wizards' Beal briefly leaves game vs. Hawks with sprained right ankle
The first game of the second round of the playoffs between the Atlanta Hawks and Washington Wizards is fast turning into a war of attrition.
Bradley Beal became the third starting guard to suffer an injury in the game, twisting his right ankle in the fourth quarter after landing on Al Horford's foot while coming down on a jump shot.
UPDATE: Beal is being treated for a sprained right ankle, and his return is questionable.

He lay on the ground in obvious pain for several minutes, and eventually had to be helped to the locker room as tears streamed down his face.

But, like Jeff Teague and John Wall did in the first half, Beal gutted it out, and after briefly being worked on in the locker room, he returned to the game.
