Stephen Curry: (Head) Unlikely to Return for Game 4
Curry (head) is unlikely to return to Monday's Game 4 against the Rockets, ESPN analyst Jalen Rose relays from a conversation with a Warriors assistant coach.
Analysis:
Shaun Livingston opened the second half at point guard for the Dubs after Curry exited midway through the second quarter, when he suffered what was labeled a "head contusion" following a nasty fall on the court. Per Rose's report, the Golden State coach said that Curry "should be okay," which could put him on track to rejoin the lineup for a possible Game 5 if the Rockets are able to stave off elimination. Given the hard impact of Curry's fall, a concussion probably can't be ruled out at this juncture.
