LeBron James has been dealing with a season-long sprained wrist
Don't panic, LeBron James will be just fine.
On Monday, James had his right wrist wrapped at practice, according to Chris Haynes from the Cleveland Plain Dealer. However, indications are James has been dealing with the ailment all season long, and there doesn't seem to be any concern coming out of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
James missed some time in January due to the injury, and when he returned to action he said, "It was a little sore ... but it was good."
It's no secret virtually every player must push through aches and pains earned during the latter stages of the regular season. Additionally, postseason play typically becomes more aggressive and, thus, more taxing on players (see: Hack-a-Dwight and overzealous playoff fouls). James is no exception, as he joins other hobbled Finals participants with bumps and bruises of his own.
Expect James and company to be ready to go Thursday, as the championship round tips-off in Oakland at 9 p.m. ET.
