VIDEOS: Warriors' Green soars in for slam, Bogut passes one up for corner 3
After being on the wrong end of a Mozgov in the first quarter of Game 1 of the NBA Finals, Draymond Green and Andrew Bogut had revenge on their minds in the second frame.
The two have different notions of revenge, apparently. With the Warriors in the midst of a torrential 28-10 surge, Green got his when he rolled off a high screen for Steph Curry, took a pocket pass in stride, and exploded to the hoop for a massive one-handed slam.
Bogut had his chance on the very next Warriors possession, streaking uncontested to the hoop and receiving a perfect alley-oop feed from Curry.
Just as he was about to throw it down, though, Bogut spied Klay Thompson in the corner, and had a wild idea. Instead of finishing the oop, he hit Thompson with a mid-air touch pass, setting up a wide-open 3-point look.
Thompson missed, but we admire the audacity.
