Afflalo had until Monday night to make a decision and, as expected, he'll decline his $7.4 million option for next season, making him a free agent. The 29-year-old will be on Portland's radar, but the team has other issues to sort out, namely the futures of Wes Matthews and LaMarcus Aldridge, beforehand.
