Report: Mike Miller opts in on final year of deal with Cavs

He's obviously not in the same negotiating position as Cleveland Cavaliers teammates LeBron James and Kevin Love, so Mike Miller is opting in on the last year of his contact, according to RealGM's Shams Charania.
The player option for next season is worth just over $2.8 million to Miller.
It's a wise move for the 35-year-old, 15-year NBA veteran, who hit career lows in minutes (13.5), field-goal percentage (32.5) and points per game (2.1) last season.
Miller, a James favorite, played in eight of Cleveland's 20 postseason games, including an unusual decision by coach David Blatt to start him in Game 1 of the Cavs' second-round series against the Chicago Bulls.
