Report: 4 Warriors to attend USA camp
Bob Donnan-USA TODAY Sports
This is what happens when you win 67 regular-season games and an NBA championship.
Four Golden State Warriors players - Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Harrison Barnes - expect to attend USA Basketball's minicamp in two weeks, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.
Names are starting to trickle out for the Las Vegas camp, which runs from Aug. 11 to 13. It was reported earlier Sunday that Blake Griffin would attend, and word came out Friday that Carmelo Anthony plans on being there, even if he can't participate.
Curry and Thompson both represented the U.S. in last summer's FIBA World Cup. The minicamp is the first step to putting together a team for next summer's Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
