It's probably fair to question the utility of Denver Nuggets rookie point guard Emmanuel Mudiay's offseason practice regimen. But that doesn't mean it isn't awesome.
Mudiay has seemingly been working on his halfcourt heaves. From a sitting position. Here he is drilling one from his chair:
And here, an arguably more difficult one, from a seat on the floor.
One can only hope Mudiay can transfer this budding skill to games.
