NBA to release 2015-16 schedule on Wednesday
NBA fans looking to mark their calendars for the upcoming season needn't wait much longer, as the league has announced it will unveil its 2015-16 schedule on Wednesday.
The original plan was for the schedule to be officially released on Tuesday, according to multiple reports.
A number of potential star-studded matchups have already leaked, but fans will have to wait another day for things to be made official.
Here's what we know so far:
Oct. 27: Golden State Warriors vs. New Orleans Pelicans
Oct 27: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Chicago Bulls
Oct. 28: Oklahoma City Thunder vs. San Antonio Spurs
Oct. 28: New York Knicks vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Dec. 25: Cavaliers vs. Warriors
Dec. 25: Los Angeles Lakers vs. Los Angeles Clippers
Dec. 25: Thunder vs. Bulls
Dec. 25: Miami Heat vs. Pelicans
Jan. 1: Lakers vs. Philadelphia 76ers
In addition to the usual bevy of nationally televised games on TNT, ESPN, and ABC on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, this year's schedule will also include eight Saturday night games to be broadcast on ABC between January and April.
