PHOTO: George Karl wears Boogie Cousins jersey to fundraiser
See, Sacramento Kings fans? Head coach George Karl and DeMarcus Cousins' relationship isn't on shaky ground. All is well in the universe.
Karl, who joined the Kings as the replacement to Michael Malone back in February, appeared at a recent Positive Coaching Alliance fundraiser decked out in a Boogie jersey.
The NBA All-Star said earlier in the month that things are "getting better every day" with Karl, a comment supported by the 64-year-old standing at the podium with Cousins' No. 15 on his chest.
Though it's unclear whether the strong disdain between the two sides is all water under the bridge, this is definitely a step in the right direction.
Things may change once the regular season commences, but fans should take solace in any sign that indicates Karl and Cousins can be on the same page.
